Pay attention
to life…
to breathing…
Only now….
Always now.

Deeply….. slowly in.
Breathe in life.
Feel it …

Noticing life now…
Only now…
Always now.

PINCH OF SPICE:  Take at least 20 minutes each day to breathe.  Sitting in an open comfortable position, begin to just notice your breathing.  Put all of your attention on breathing till nothing else exists….till there is nothing else in your awareness, all feelings, thoughts, sensations have all gone… there is no-one there and there is no doing there… all there is is breathing… in and out.  And you fall deeper and deeper into pure beauty…the joy of being alive.  This is meditation.
